At the west-facing end of the stone grange, this bright spacious four bedroom house has incredible views towards both the canal and across vineyards to the Montagne Noire.
The ground floor has two double and two twin bedrooms. Decorated and furnished in simple style with built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, mirrors and each bedroom has space for a cot. The two bathrooms are also on the ground floor and each has bath/shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs is a spacious open plan room with large windows on three sides. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized oven and fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
There is plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV.
The dining area is next to French windows that open out onto a spacious roof terrace. This private outside area is equipped with bbq, table and chairs and sun loungers.
This house has heating suitable throughout winter months.
