This extremely spacious five bedroom house is at the end of the grange nearest to the swimming pool. It also has views of vineyards and the tree lined canal.
On the ground floor, the large open plan kitchen/dining room has plenty of preparation space and is fully equipped with full-sized oven and fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a very large wooden dining table with 10 chairs and space to add an additional table to cater for larger parties.
The lounge has satellite TV, seating for 10 and French windows to the terrace. This private outside area is equipped with built-in bbq, table and chairs.
Upstairs are two double and three twin bedrooms. Decorated and furnished in simple style with built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, mirrors and each bedroom has space for a cot. The two bathrooms are also on the first floor and have bath/shower, sink and toilet.
The gîtes, converted from a huge barn and still retaining their beamed ceilings, offer modern comfort and brim with traditional character. Each has its own private terrace, barbecue and spectacular view of the vines, canal and black mountains.
